Return & Refund Policy – DropDeals

At DropDeals, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care and hygiene products (if opened or used)
Customized or personalized products
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Products marked as "Final Sale"
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos or a short video of the product
Photos of the packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
